Immediately after your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a secure download link. You can also download your files directly from the "Thank You" page on our website.

2. What apps do I need to use the planner?

To use the interactive features (like clicking buttons), we recommend using annotation apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Noteshelf on iPad/Tablets. For computers, any PDF reader like Adobe Acrobat will work.

3. Can I print the planner?

Yes! Our planners are high-resolution PDFs. You can print them at home or at a local print shop. Just remember to select "Fit to page" in your printer settings.

4. I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?

First, please check your Spam/Junk folder. If it's not there, don't worry! Just send us a message through our Contact Us page or email us at cookwiseplanner@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send it to you manually.

5. Is this a physical product?

No, this is a Digital Download only. No physical item will be shipped to your address. This allows you to start planning your meals instantly!
